Now Hiring: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years Residential service experience.
Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues in heat pumps, air handlers, and gas furnaces.
Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and installations.
Must exhibit professionalism and possess good communication skills.
Effective communication with customers and management is essential.
Reliable and responsible for keeping company vehicles clean and maintaining them.

Additional Requirements:

EPA certified.
Strong record-keeping skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Clean driving record; no felony convictions.
Must be able to pass a background check and be punctual.
Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, crouching, kneeling, and crawling.

What We Offer:

Vacation pay after 1 year.
1-hour lunch break.
