Now Hiring: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years Residential service experience.
  • Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues in heat pumps, air handlers, and gas furnaces.
  • Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and installations.
  • Must exhibit professionalism and possess good communication skills.
  • Effective communication with customers and management is essential.
  • Reliable and responsible for keeping company vehicles clean and maintaining them.

Additional Requirements:

  • EPA certified.
  • Strong record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Clean driving record; no felony convictions.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and be punctual.
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, crouching, kneeling, and crawling.

  • Vacation pay after 1 year.
